Rare Handmade Persian Isfahan Rug
Hardly any other city has such a high density of experienced knotters who produce some of the finest hand-knotted carpets in the world. This particular Isfahan Rug is woven with lots of fine details, especially the two large peacocks sitting at the bottom of the Rug.
I absolutely adore the colour changes on the borders, it makes it very interesting to watch. This is a superb example of antique rugs of its kind.
